As Global Product Owner, you will shape the vision, drive the roadmap, and lead delivery of a product that transforms software spend into strategic value—ensuring compliance, eliminating waste, and enabling-driven decisions across IT, Finance.

What you will lead
Define the Global Vision — Intelligent Software Asset Optimization
Set the direction for continuous, automated software asset visibility an management.
Champion a platform where IT, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams access real-time insights into license entitlements, usage, compliance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Anchor product strategy in measurable outcomes: audit readiness, cost avoidance, license harvesting, vendor consolidation, and risk mitigation.
Build and Own the Product Roadmap
Prioritize capabilities that modernize Software Asset Management:
Automated discovery and inventory across cloud, on-premise, and SaaS environments
License entitlement vs. usage analytics with AI-powered optimization recommendations
Compliance dashboards and audit readiness reporting
License harvesting and reclamation workflows
Vendor relationship insights (renewal forecasting, contract alignment, risk scoring)
Integration with ITSM, procurement, and finance systems for seamless lifecycle management
Proactive alerts for license expirations, over/under-deployment, and compliance risks
Align roadmap globally across ITSec, and vendor management teams.
Deliver Incremental Value Every Sprint
Manage the backlog with clarity and discipline—prioritizing high-impact, high-visibility wins.
Work hand-in-hand with delivery teams to break complexity into deployable increments.
Ensure reduced license spend, faster audit response, improved compliance scores, or increased license utilization rates.
Enable Global Cross-Functional Partnership
Bring together IT asset managers, procurement category leads, finance controllers, compliance officers, and vendor teams across regions.
Ensure the product connects software inventory data, procurement contracts, financial actuals, and usage telemetry in a consistent, global view.
Communicate simply and confidently at VP/C-level to secure funding, alignment, and adoption across geographies and functions.
Drived Insights and Automation
Use AI and advanced analytics to build:
Predictive license demand models based on historical usage and business growth
Automated compliance scoring with risk-based prioritization
Smart harvesting recommendations to reclaim unused licenses
Vendor spend optimization insights (consolidation opportunities, negotiation leverage)
Proactive renewal alerts and workflows integrated with procurement and finance
Champion modern AI tooling to accelerate data enrichment, anomaly detection, and decision support.
About You
Deep experience in digital product ownership, enterprise SaaS, or IT asset/license management platforms.
Strong understanding of software asset management, license compliance, vendor IT financial management (ITFM).
Skilled in Lean/Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and data-driven prioritization.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders—CFOs, CIOs, Procurement VPs—and drive cross-functional alignment in complex, global organizations.
Curious and confident using AI tools, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies for automation and insights.
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience digital product ownership.
Preferred
Experience with SAM (e.g., Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow SAM, Aspera) or ITAM frameworks 19770, ITIL).
Background in IT procurement, software vendor negotiations, or audit models (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, Oracle, SAP).
