To lead and execute effective brand strategies for the assigned hematology/oncology products, including new product or indication launches, while managing existing portfolio performance. The role aims to drive sustainable business growth through impactful marketing programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality, high-impact brand marketing plans tailored to local market needs and clinical practices.

  • Lead launch planning and execution for new products or indications in hematology.

  • Manage existing product sales and drive portfolio growth.

  • Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, market access and supply teams to ensure launch readiness and commercial success.

  • Coordinate promotional and educational activities, including PR, symposia, and communications with medical societies.

  • Monitor A&P expenses and ensure alignment with financial records.

  • Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business targets; support sales teams to achieve objectives.

  • Work with Sales Manager on territory alignment and target setting to maximize market potential.

  • Maintain regular contact with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to support brand positioning and secure reimbursement.

  • Ensure sales training materials are updated and aligned with product positioning and key messages.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in hematology/oncology.

  • Proven ability to formulate and implement marketing plans independently.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
