As a SAP Transportation Management Expertwithinour SHIFT– One ERP Program team,you'llplay a key role in designing and deploying standardized transportation andlogisticsprocesses in SAP S/4HANA as part of Sanofi's global transformation program. Working closely with business and IT teams across regions,you'llhelp build efficient, scalable solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations — directlyimpactinghow Sanofi moves medicines to patients around the world. You will join a global team driving Sanofi's ERP transformation, implementing a unified digital solution across Finance, Supply Chain, and Trade for all Global Business Units worldwide. In a collaborative, international environment, yourexpertisewill shape a modern SAP S/4HANA landscape that simplifies processes and improves decision-making at scale.

Main Responsibilities

• Design & deploy standardized transportation andlogisticsprocesses within the SAP S/4HANA solution, covering inbound, outbound, and reverselogisticsacross all geographies and business units

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate them into scalable SAP solutions, and lead solution workshops to define best-fit configurations — minimizing custom developments while meeting business requirements

• Configure and test SAP modules related tologisticsand transportation, ensuring quality, reliability, and seamless integration with other supply chain systems and third-partylogisticsplatforms

• Drive end-to-end project delivery — from solution design and unit/integration testing through to user acceptance, go-live, andhypercareactivities including cutover execution and training support

• Ensure smooth transition to Application Management Services (AMS) after deployment, providing functionalexpertiseduring system support phases

• Contribute to continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to simplify processes,adoptnew SAP S/4HANA capabilities, andsupportproof-of-concept initiatives

• Act as the domain referent for transportation topics,providingexpert guidance across projects and business units

About You

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

• Experience: Proventrack recordin SAPlogisticsor supply chain implementations across full project lifecycles, ideally in the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry; experience as a stream lead or functional expert in complex, international environments is a strong plus

• Technical Skills: Hands-on configurationexpertisein SAP MM, LE, and LO modules; solid knowledge oflogisticsprocesses (stock management, 3PL integration, labelling, picking/packing); familiarity with IDocs/BAPIs and SAP S/4HANA capabilities is an advantage

• Soft Skills: Strong communicator and active listener; collaborative mindset with analytical thinking, autonomy, and a results-driven approach to problem-solving

• Languages: Fluent in English;additionallanguages are a welcome plus
