Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the monthly forecast calculation using the most effective models and parameters.
• Define and enforce cleansing rules for historical data based on insights gathered from the markets.
• Establish rules for historical outlier detection, review system-proposed adjustments, and validate them.
• Select the appropriate baseline following department guidelines.
• Conduct forecast reviews by exception, leveraging alerts and segmentation strategies.
• Evaluate different forecasting methods and algorithms, translating their value into actionable business insights.
• Influence executives and senior management on the benefits of advanced analytics.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and performance across assigned countries.
• Analyze forecasting performance from previous months to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to enhance statistical forecast accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand segmentation and forecasting processes by identifying, prioritizing, and executing key projects.
• Identify and champion potential improvements within the department and support their implementation.
• Manage relationships with local and regional IBP Leads to:
  • Gather market insights and ensure alignment on key assumptions.
  • Integrate market insights into forecasting models (causal factors, outliers).
  • Monitor and drive adoption of automated forecasting processes at the country level.

About You:

• Experience:Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles
• Soft Skills:Strategic vision, analytical vision
• Technical Skills:Power BI, ERP, and coding knowledge will be a plus
• Education:Management, Engineering, Finance degree. Master in related field is a plus.
• Languages:Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus
