About the Job

Reporting to the Head of Total Workforce Management and People Analytics, the Functional Expert – People Analytics will provide deep functional expertise to support, configure, and operate enterprise scale People Analytics solutions. The role will focus primarily on Visier and will contribute to Qualtrics, Strategic Workforce Planning solutions, and Organizational Design initiatives.

You'll work closely with the Digital Product Owner to deliver the roadmap, support day to day operations, and translate business needs into functional solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders across HR, People Insights, Master Data, and IT teams to ensure our analytics ecosystem is reliable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.

This role requires strong functional knowledge of analytics platforms, HR data flows, integrations, and security models, combined with a collaborative and customer focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional expert for People Analytics platforms, with Visier as the primary focus.
  • Support day to day operations, configuration, enhancements, releases, and user management across analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to Qualtrics configuration and improvements.
  • Support the build and evolution of Strategic Workforce Planning solution within Visier.
  • Admin of organizational design and modeling platform.
  • Configure and maintain functional settings, data models, hierarchies, and role based access.
  • Coordinate and support integrations between analytics platforms and HRIS systems such as Workday, VMS solutions, and cloud data platforms.
  • Ensure alignment of security and access models in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Partner with Master Data and IT teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across the People Analytics ecosystem.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and configuration updates.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for platform or data related issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors on upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Promote a customer oriented approach, ensuring solutions deliver actionable and meaningful insights.

About You

  • Proven experience in a functional or technical role within People Analytics and HR technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years’ experience in People Analytics, with hands-on exposure to analytics platforms and HR data ecosystems.
  • Mandatory hands on functional experience with Visier, including configuration and administration.
  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar feedback and listening platforms is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of data integrations across HRIS ecosystems. Workday experience is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of security models, role based access, and data privacy in HR systems.
  • Mandatory experience working in Agile environments, including sprint execution and backlog refinement.
  • Hands on experience with JIRA or other Agile work management tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across functional and technical teams.
  • English mandatory. Spanish is a plus but not required.
