About the job

As Product Line Manager – Global Data & AI Platforms within our Digital Data & AI organization, you will define and lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise platforms that enable teams across Sanofi to build, deploy, and scale data and AI solutions.

You will lead a team of Product Owners and collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver scalable platform products used by thousands of technical users worldwide. Together, you will accelerate innovation and help transform Sanofi into an AI-first biopharma company.

Working in cross-functional agile pods, you’ll operate at the forefront of Sanofi’s digital transformation—building global platforms that empower teams to turn data into insights, products, and scientific breakthroughs.

Main responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap – Lead the strategy for a portfolio of global Data & AI platform products aligned with Sanofi’s enterprise goals.
• Lead execution and delivery – Manage product backlogs, define release strategies, and partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant platforms.
• Champion technical users – Represent the needs of data engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists, translating user needs into product capabilities that accelerate solution development.
• Lead and develop your team – Mentor Product Owners and collaborate daily with engineers, data scientists, and platform teams in agile environments.
• Drive platform adoption – Partner with teams across Digital and the business to increase usage and value of platform products globally.
• Ensure enterprise standards – Deliver platforms that meet requirements for security, compliance, reliability, and scalability.
• Measure impact and improve continuously – Define KPIs, track product performance, and use data and feedback to continuously enhance the platform.
• Stay ahead of innovation – Evaluate emerging data and AI technologies to introduce capabilities that accelerate time-to-value for users.

About you

• Experience: Strong background in digital product management, ideally for data, cloud, or AI platform products, with experience leading product teams in agile environments. Experience building scalable, self-service platforms at enterprise scale is a plus.
• Soft skills: Excellent communicator who can influence diverse stakeholders and align teams around a common vision. Collaborative leader who can drive outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments. Curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Technical skills: Solid understanding of data platforms, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure), and AI/ML workflows. Familiarity with modern data architectures (data lakes, Snowflake), DataOps, MLOps, and cloud-native patterns is highly valued.
• Business acumen: Ability to connect business priorities with technical solutions and prioritize competing demands in a multinational environment.
• Education: Degree in engineering, computer science, data, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Languages: English required.
