As an Expert – Graphic Designer for Content Operations, you'll be responsible for supporting the Content Operations Hub Team within our Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization, ensuring seamless business continuity and driving strategies aligned with global priorities in Content Operations, GenAI, and digital presence optimization.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee development of high-quality designs and graphic components from ideation to execution within agreed timelines and guidelines

• Drive projects from a design perspective (motion and static) through all phases from development and initiation to implementation and completion

• Manage design, production, and review of diverse content including flyers, brochures, social media assets, interactive visual aids, video content, audio clips, infographics, and flip books

• Coordinate graphics support for GenAI initiatives, working closely with the team to bring AI-generated assets to life while ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, hubs, and GTMC pillars to develop best-in-class customer experiences through exceptional design

• Provide proactive recommendations on improving content design excellence and coordinate development of tools, technology, and processes to enhance quality and productivity

• Design and set up new templates adhering to brand guidelines while coaching junior graphic designers and providing technical support as needed

About you

Experience: 5+ years in content development and deployment, with agency background managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously

Technical skills: HTML coding expertise for Veeva promotional materials and SFMC; hands-on experience building content on Veeva CRM and SFMC platforms; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe PDF.
Soft skills: Strong stakeholder management, independent work style, excellent communication skills, and ability to coordinate across time zones.

Languages: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); French is an advantage
