Job purpose

The IBP Manager in LATAM is responsible for demand planning and leadership of the S&OP- IBP process for the Consumer HealthCare Business Unit. This role influence leadership board of direction in the Business Unit Directors, Commercial and Finance areas to meet discipline of the IBP process and supporting the team to build collaborative forecast.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the organization's demand and supply planning strategy for the next 24 months
• Manage IBP, import and export processes for group two, acting as a focal point for managing the business for export clients.
• Create a demand planning strategy in accordance with the analysis of financial information, market share, revenue, sales reports and commercial strategy
• Transversal work in marketing, sales, supply and regulatory areas
• Understand the business needs for the proper planning and implementation of the company's Integrated Business Planning in the SOCOPAC region
• Manage the plant purchasing plan.

About you
