This role in the Chief Talent Office COE reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Hubs and is part of the Hubs TA Leadership team.
Sanofi ‘Hubs’ are where our key strategic business operations are hosted providing centralized services across Global Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D, M&S and more. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external and internal hiring (~21 K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi. Your role will be responsible in Talent Acquisition for Hubs location in Bogota, Colombia.
Your responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Lead for our Sanofi Hub, Bogota, your expertise in talent acquisition management, hiring strategies, service delivery and your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be critical to meet the Hub talent needs and drive business success.
- You will work closely with the Global TA Head, Hubs in shaping the Hub Recruitment Strategy for the Hub you are responsible for aligned with the Business and Talent Strategy
- Own and lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for the Bogota, Colombia Hub manage the performance of the RPO/RA partners to ensure continuous improvement of quality of hires, time to hire with a strong focus on Hiring Managers and Candidate Experience.
- Work closely with local and business HR & TA Partners, business leaders, talent management, communication, and procurement to ensure alignment, continuous improvement and understanding of recruitment operations. You will be a member of the Sanofi global TA Network and manage team.
- You will co-build, lead, and manage the BOGOTA Hub Recruitment team and have full accountabilities for all matters related to hiring for our shared services including managing the relationship with our RPO/RA partners.
- Establish & monitor key SLAs/KPIs of TA service delivery for the hub and ROI on technology and attraction strategies.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to ensure talent acquisition remains a key focus area in strategic planning.
- You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, utilizing diverse sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates and execute on leadership hiring independently in need.
- Co-Create Employee Value Proposition (EVP) relevant to the hub, in collaboration with global hub employer branding team.
- You will work closely with Country/Regional Talent Management Heads to ensure that we have a holistic view of the best available internal and external talent.
- You will bring in a “data driven approach” and showcase ROI through impactful metrics.
- Project Manage hiring campaigns, Employer Brand Campaigns and Early Career Hiring Campaigns, Talent Technology Automation Implementations at Hub in collaboration with Hubs Talent COE global Leaders.
About you
As a company, we have identified our “Sanofi Hubs” as a key investment area. In this role, you can come in and Lead Talent Acquisition function for Bogota Hub.
- Significant expertise in Talent Acquisition role, with strong focus on local employment market dynamics, experience of same in GBS/GCC (Global Business Services, Capability Centres) organizations will be an added advantage.
- Recognized thought leader, subject matter expert and innovator in talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing/insourcing
- Experience in designing, implementing, and running TA projects across businesses and geographies.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruiting methods, assessment and selection, recruitment marketing / Employer Brand activation and Talent Intelligence
- Strong Project Management skills and ability to drive results, demonstrating a strong business acumen with an understanding of how strategic talent acquisition impacts the business.
- Experience in vendors relationship management, in collaboration with Hubs global talent operations.
- Solution oriented attitude with the right balance of innovation and “pragmatic creativity”
- High collaboration, engagement, and customer focus in a matrix environment
- You have a strong executive presence and act as a talent advisor
- You are fluent in English, additional languages will be plus.
- You have a bachelor’s degree
