Thus, as we enter the next phase, modernization of Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at global level.
The GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.

About the role
As an Omnichannel Program Excellence Manager within our Bogota Hub, you will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of omnichannel programs and tactics and act as a central point of coordination, ensuring flawless day-to-day project management, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment across multiple channels and initiatives.
This individual will serve as a project leader, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring delivery of tactics on time, within scope, and aligned with compliance and quality standards. The role is ideal for someone with strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and experience in digital and omnichannel environments.
Main responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
Lead the day-to-day management of omnichannel initiatives, campaigns, and tactics across multiple therapeutic areas and markets.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure programs are executed seamlessly.
Act as the single point of accountability for project status, escalation, and risk management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with local teams including brand marketing, medical, digital, and agencies to ensure project ownership alignment.
Coordinate with offshore and onshore stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates and action tracking.
Operational Excellence & Quality
Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress and performance to stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
About you
Experience:
8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations.
5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare industries required.
5+ years of experience with omnichannel or digital marketing execution required.
Soft skills:
Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse, global and local stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change.
Technical skills:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Asana).
Ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural, and global environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Education:
University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science)
Additionally, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/business analytics/management/pharmacy/similar discipline is desirable
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
