Main Responsibilities:

• Handle employee and manager inquiries through our ticketing system, providing timely, high-quality responses on HR topics, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes

• Create, update, and translate knowledge articles to ensure employees across the region have access to accurate, easy-to-understand information

• Coordinate requests and redirect complex cases to specialized teams while ensuring seamless follow-up

• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance service delivery

• Monitor service quality and compliance, ensuring we meet our commitments to employees

• Support the testing and implementation of new system features and improvements

• Partner with People & Culture teams across Latin America to deliver best-in-class employee service

About you

• Customer service focus: Proven experience in customer service roles or HRIS support roles.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in data management and Excel; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus. Basic understanding of AI tools and comfort working with data

• HR systems knowledge: Experience with or willingness to learn ServiceNow and Workday

• Languages: Spanish and English (B1-B2 level required); Advanced Portuguese is desired.

• Soft skills: Emotional maturity, ability to work autonomously, strong stakeholder management, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn and grow

• Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.
