Your Role:
As an Agile Sourcing Expert at OPELLA, you'll play a crucial role in transforming procurement strategies and driving innovation in the business. You will be instrumental in shaping procurement processes, leveraging digital solutions, and contributing to cost savings and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiations: Lead sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts for non-COGS categories. Be an expert in e-RFX and e-Auction processes.
• Digital Innovation & Change: Champion new Source-to-Pay tools like LEO/eBuy, actively participating in their implementation and testing to drive efficiency.
• High-Level Business Partnering: Collaborate with Category Managers to execute procurement strategies across diverse areas.
• Global Excellence: Contribute to high-impact global projects, including digital transformation, data-driven initiatives, and sustainability.

About You:
We’re looking for someone with 3-7 years of procurement experience, ideally in FMCG. If you’re autonomous, agile, and have great interpersonal skills, you’ll thrive in this dynamic role. Experience in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement processes is essential, and familiarity with new technologies will be an asset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business planning or audit.
• Comfortable with digital tools for procurement efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or Finance.
• Fluency in English is required.
