Highly motivated and detail-oriented business and financial analyst to join our order to cash performance management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing operational and financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to the order to cash process, with both a data quality management & performance management perspective. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams of business, digital, customers etc.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Data ownership and management, applying definitions, classification, quality and standards to all critical data.
  • Possessing a good level of understanding on different CI2C KPIs, business process, underlying data and source systems operations (e.g. SAP).
  • Monitoring key performance indicator (KPIs) related to cash application, credit management and AR report and support different hubs and Global Process Leads for respective sub-processes.
  • Gathering and analyzing operational and financial data related to the CI2C process, including cash application, collection, credit management and AR closing & reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision making within each sub-process.

About you

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, performance & reporting.
  • Experience in using SAP (SD, FI at minimum).
  • Experience in use of any data warehouse, analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Snowflake, Power BI etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience in writing/using SQL would be an added advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial & accounting roles, especially related to credit, collection & AR management areas.

  • Agility and demonstrated analytical excellence.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, be proactive and deal with difficult assignments, and learn from mistakes.
  • Deal effectively with ambiguity or incomplete information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics, Operations management; MBA will be preferred.

Languages:

  • Fluent English.
  • French is a plus.
