About the job

We are the Organizational Capabilities & Transformation (OC&T) team, one of the teams that compose the Digital Transformation team in Sanofi Digital. We made the bold decision to treat “Transformation” as a product and deliver it in the most Agile possible way. This implies in a lot of learning, pivoting, experimenting… and having fun! This product has several features such as “learning”, “culture change”, “change management”, etc.

To support our open-source agile transformation strategy, the Digital Transformation team is looking for a Transformation Lead who will join the Transformation Delivery Team and support transversally our Strategy and Operations, Culture Transformation and Change Management PODs (Product-Oriented Delivery team).

The OC&T team counts 4 product owners and pods and you would have the chance to experiment with an agile environment. Your impact would go way beyond this team, and we are all One Team with one mission: impact the overall Digital organization and enable to halve the time from discovery to therapy.

Main responsibilities:

• Be part of the Transformation Delivery Team and collaborate with the Transformation Strat&Ops, Culture POD and Change Management POD structured for Agile delivery.
• Ensure the implementation of our listening strategies with a continuous improvement mindset and according to the vision of the Change Management and Culture Product Owners.
• Implement and coordinate Employee Listening Strategies such as Surveys and Focus groups.
• Transform the data of the Employee Listening mechanisms into insights and action plans.
• Be the Key Performance Indicator Owner for Culture and Change Management metrics.
• Be the liaison for both Culture and Change Management Pods with the Data experts to feed the Transformation Dashboard.
• Coordinate the action plans delivered from the employee surveys across all the units of the Digital team and lead the action plan for the OC&T and Transformation teams.

About you

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with previous transformation set-ups and demonstrated ability to deliver tangible outcomes
• Collaborative, active listener who welcomes new ideas and embraces different perspectives; Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network and build strong working relationships globally. Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to influence and inspire colleagues across various roles and levels
• Strategic, creative thinker and planner at ease in international, complex matrixed organizations; Proven expertise in data management and KPIs; Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Having experience in change management or having worked in an agile environment are a plus
• Fluent English verbal and written skills. Fluency in or good working knowledge of French (written and spoken) is a plus
