In Business Operation Transformation, Data and Analytics team plays a support role in transformation and participate to be a data driven company. Our mission is to define, develop, configure and maintain Data programs using a platform based on standards technologies & tools. We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team and participate to the journey. As a servant leader and coach, you will help educate our Agile Product Team (Pod) in Scrum and Agile at scale practices, ensuring the agreed Agile process is followed. You will remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. You will be involved in compliance processes ensuring trustability of data.

Main responsibilities:

• Facilitate pod ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements)

• Work closely with the Product Owner and team to establish and refine effective processes

• Coach the team through Epics and stories, ensuring they meet the Agile approach

• Promote autonomous work and a spirit of continuous improvement within the team

• Maximize team efficiency and productivity through Agile principles and practices

• Leverage Built-In Quality practices and agile tracker tools (e.g., Jira)

• Manage backlog and facilitate healthy team dynamics

• Coordinate inter-team cooperation on large agile projects

• Organize training sessions to promote and master agility practices

• Communicate effectively with management and outside stakeholders

• Participate on documentations to help on compliance (SOX, GxP)

About you:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or data analytics projects, testing procedures and documentation in JIRA & Confluence ecosystem

• Experience in Agile Regulated SoX & GxP projects is a big plus

• Soft skills:

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work in a Global Team environment

  • Team spirit mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Ideally Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

  • Familiarity with Data management (Snowflake, SQL, ETL, Business Intelligence, …)

  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries

• Languages: English is a must
