Join our Global Clinical Project Operation team as a System & Solution Expert Support and you’ll work with all vaccine, Clinical Sciences and Operations stakeholders and Medical and will provide support to Business & Digital Clinical Solution team to enhance quality of data, translate business need into clear digital specification under the leadership of the different experts in the team.
Main responsibilities:
1. Quality of the data
Support users, work with Digital Intelligence for Clinical Operations team to identify data (flow, source & rule) issue in digital solutions under the scope of Business & Digital Clinical Solutions.
Use quality assessment or reports to identify issue with data transfer and coordinate their resolution.
Work with Business Experts, DICO team and participate into initiative to enhance quality of data retrieved in our Trial Management Solutions. (e.g. Maintain CTMS up to date by ensuring studies or countries are cancelled properly from the CTMS system proactively, date roll up at study level etc.)
Work in close collaboration with System & Solutions Expert and other stakeholders to ensure data captured and managed in Trial Management landscape are reaching acceptable level of quality
Run ad hoc reports to identify issue in data quality and contact users in Project Operations, EDCO, vaccines, CSU and Medical to get issue resolved. Follow up until resolution or escalate to their N+1 in case of issue.
2. Business Analyst
Working with Business Expert, provide support into development and implementation of enhancement or innovation in our clinical digital solution.
Act as Business Analyst by collaborating actively with Business representative to categorize needs, collect specifications and business cases. With Business & Clinical Digital Solution Team, ensure priorities are well defined and translate business expectations into requirement for digital and or challenge business until requirements are well defined.
Work closely with Digital Business Unit to ensure business requirements are properly considered, consider alternative in case of technical limitation.
Assess Veeva quarterly releases impact. Work with System & Solution Expert and Veeva team to assess proposed upgrades and identify impact in business process and on digital solutions.
Define and set UAT.
Support definition of communication strategy and work with System & Solution expert to roll out the communication plan.
3. Support to users globally
Working with Service now or directly with users, business experts, DICO or Digital, use their expertise on business processes and data flow to identify the source of the issue in the data flow or in the business processes and identify actions to tackle the issue in our solutions.
4. Continuous Improvement
Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and innovation projects related to clinical trial management and oversight. Business needs and solution landscape keep evolving at fast pace and continuously expanding (Incl. GenAI / digital projects.), ensure CSO remains a leader in the implementation of digital solutions to support study team collaboration and study oversight & reporting.
About you
Experience:
Understanding of clinical operations, regulations and business processes is preferred
Tech-savvy, enthusiastic about data & system related tasks
Soft Skills:
Autonomous and able to follow up actively on issues solving
Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize
Decision making and problem-solving skills
Technical skills:
Ability to understand IT architecture and data flows
Customer service oriented, support oriented
Ability to capture process/solution improvement needs
Education:
BSc in Information Science or a scientific field
Language(s):
Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
