The Medical Insights and Operations Lead plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision making within Medical Affairs by collecting, analyzing, and translating insights into actionable strategies. This position serves as the operational backbone for medical activities, ensuring efficient processes while enabling the medical team to maximize tactical execution across the oncology portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection, analysis, and dissemination of medical insights from healthcare professionals, scientific congresses, and other external stakeholders to inform medical strategy

• Develop and implement standardized processes for capturing and utilizing insights across therapeutic areas

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate medical insights into actionable recommendations for evidence generation and scientific engagement

• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators for medical activities

• Support the planning and execution of congresses and medical engagement activities

• Collaborate with digital and analytics teams to leverage advanced data solutions for insight generation

• Drive omni channel tactics to support the overall medical communications and publications objectives

• Drive continuous improvement of medical operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness including implementing AI capabilities to support team tactics

About You

Required Qualifications:

• Work Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, within Medical Affairs, Market Access, or related functions

• Minimum Required Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools, MS Office suite, and experience with insights management platforms

• Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, (MD, PharmD, or PhD in relevant scientific discipline") required

• Language Requirements: Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with medical insights generation and management in global pharmaceutical organizations

• Knowledge of global and regional healthcare systems and medical practice patterns

• Experience in implementing digital solutions for insights capture and analysis

• Background in therapeutic area relevant to company portfolio

• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across functions and geographies
