The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Global Rare Diseases franchise via leaders on the Global RD Leadership Team.   • Remains available to provide backup support to other Senior Administrative Assistants during vacations, etc.

Provides outstanding administrative support

  • Travel arrangements – coordinate domestic and international travel needs

  • Calendar management – proactively manage Outlook calendars, resolving schedule conflicts, and prioritizing meetings

  • Expense reports – process expenses accurately and in a timely manner

  • Event coordination – arrange off-site meetings and events including venue, A/V, catering, etc.

  • Tracking invoices and purchase orders

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 4+ year's administrative experience.

  • Proficiency in using technology including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and others).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or Secretarial Certificate.

  • Experience with SharePoint content administration.

  • Experience supporting senior-level business leaders in a pharma or biotech environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality.

  • Flexibility with time, working across multiple time zones.
