Overview: The Data Analysis Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing a team of data analysts to transform complex data and business requirements into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and technical expertise in data analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate will lead the team in collecting, processing, and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns, while ensuring effective communication of findings to stakeholders. This role directly supports our key focus areas including Power BI solution development, AI integration, customer profiling, forecasting, and operational excellence across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative environment and driving professional growth.

·      Develop and execute data analysis strategies aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

·      Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis to generate insights that inform business decisions.

·      Create and maintain effective data visualizations and reports, ensuring clear communication of complex information to stakeholders.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design relevant data analysis projects.

·      Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.

·      Stay updated on emerging data analysis tools and techniques, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

·      Translate data insights into compelling narratives using storytelling techniques to influence decision-making.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

·      7+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

·      Strong technical skills in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools like Power BI

·      Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Deep understanding of data governance principles and experience in delivering data-driven solutions.

Self-motivated with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
