Job Overview

Our Team:
The People Services Manager will manage the full employee lifecycle for ensuring the seamless execution of processes like On boarding, IPT, EWF and offboarding. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide top-tier People Services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities in Workday and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.

  • Ensure compliance with Sanofi policies and data privacy regulations.

  • Oversee the quality of data and proactively address potential issues.

  • Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement areas.

  • Provide support for employee lifecycle processes.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.

  • Participate in global projects and process automation initiatives.

  • Ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (DTPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation

  • Handling L2 Queries (tickets) from employees regarding ELC topics in a timely and quality manner.

About You

Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR, with at least 5 years of experience in managing HR operations and teams.

  • Experience leading HR transformation projects is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.

  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with HR tools such as Workday

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English (advanced level).

  • Local language proficiency (if required).
