Overview:The Senior Data Analyst serves as a technical leader in transforming complex data and business requirements into strategic insights that drive critical business decisions across multiple initiatives. This position requires experienced analytics professional with advanced analytical skills who can architect data solutions, lead complex analyses, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in communicating findings to executive stakeholders, establishing data governance frameworks, and spearheading innovative approaches to data challenges. This role directly influences our key focus areas including Power BI solution architecture, advanced AI integration, predictive customer profiling, sophisticated forecasting models, and operational excellence initiatives across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead complex data analysis projects, designing methodologies to extract actionable insights from diverse data sources that directly impact strategic decision-making.

·Architect and implement sophisticated data visualizations and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate complex information to executive stakeholders.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data analysis projects that address specific challenges.

·Implement data quality checks and governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

·Stay current with emerging data analysis tools and techniques, proposing innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

·7+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, with advanced proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R.

·Demonstrated expertise in solving complex business problems through sophisticated data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.

·Extensive experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or similar tools, including dashboard architecture and design.

·Excellent communication skills to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·Understanding of data governance principles and experience working in team environments to deliver data-driven solutions.

·Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
