We are the Organizational Capabilities & Transformation (OC&T) team, one of the teams that compose the Digital Transformation team in Sanofi Digital. We made the bold decision to treat “Transformation” as a product and deliver it in the most Agile possible way. This implies in a lot of learning, pivoting, experimenting… and having fun! This product has several features such as “learning”, “culture change”, “change management”, etc.

To support our open-source agile transformation strategy, the Digital Transformation team is looking for a Transformation Lead who will join the Transformation Delivery Team and support transversally our Strategy and Operations, Organization Modernization, Culture Transformation and Change Management PODs (Product-Oriented Delivery team).

The OC&T team counts 4 product owners and pods and you would have the chance to experiment with an agile environment. Your impact would go way beyond this team, and we are all One Team with one mission: impact the overall Digital organization and enable to halve the time from discovery to therapy.

About Growing with us:

As a digital transformation lead, you would :

• Drive Transformation: As a member of the Transformation Delivery Team, you will work in an agile environment, contributing to our transformation priorities. You'll collaborate with Strategy & Operations, Organization Modernization, Culture, and Change Management PODs
• Champion Change Management: Support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, focusing on adoption and applying best-in-class change management methodologies
• Craft Compelling Narratives: you contribute to develop and maintain a user-centric "digital transformation narrative" in partnership with transformation pods, ensuring consistency and engagement across all levels of the organization
• Empower Digital Catalysts: Lead and nurture our global network of "Digital Catalysts," providing governance, toolkits, and coaching to enable them as effective change agents supporting our digital transformation journey
• Foster Open-Source Transformation: Facilitate an inclusive transformation process by actively soliciting and incorporating employee feedback to continuously refine and enhance our digital transformation strategy
• Measure and Communicate Impact: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify the effectiveness of our transformation efforts, delivering regular insights to the transformation team and senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making

About you

• Min. 3 years of experience on change management or people engagement
• Experience with previous transformation set-ups and demonstrated ability to deliver tangible outcomes
• Collaborative, active listener who welcomes new ideas and embraces different perspectives; Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network and build strong working relationships globally. Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to influence and inspire colleagues across various roles and levels
• Strategic, creative thinker and planner at ease in international, complex matrixed organizations; Proven expertise in data management and KPIs; Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Having worked in an agile environment are a plus
• Fluent English verbal and written skills. Fluency in or good working knowledge of French (written and spoken) is a plus
