Reporting to the Head of Total Workforce Management & People Analytics, the Digital Product Owner – People Analytics will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of multiple analytics products that enable actionable insights across the enterprise. This role focuses primarily on Visier and Qualtrics solutions, ensuring seamless integration with HRIS, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), cloud data warehouse platforms, and workforce planning tools. As an individual contributor, you will act as the key liaison between Business stakeholders, People Insights team, the Master Data team, and technical partners to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements that improve workforce insights, listening capabilities, and organizational performance.
Main responsibilities:
Own the product vision and roadmap for People Analytics solutions, primarily Visier and Qualtrics, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive delivery using Agile methodologies.
Act as the primary liaison between Business stakeholders, People Insights team, the Master Data team and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. Ensure seamless integration of analytics platforms with HRIS, VMS, cloud data warehouse platforms, and workforce planning tools. Ensure alignment in security models between HRIS and analytics platforms, maintaining compliance, data privacy, and data protection standards.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and data quality; identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with external vendors and internal IT teams to guarantee platform stability, scalability, and compliance. Championing a customer-centric approach, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value and enhance user experience.
About you:
Experience: 4+ years’ experience in People Analytics, with exposure to workforce insights and listening solutions in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies. Understanding of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar role in analytics or HR technology. Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, HR, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Technical Skills: Mandatory expertise in Visier and Qualtrics platforms. Strong understanding of data integration across HRIS (Workday preferred), VMS, and enterprise data ecosystems. Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms (Snowflake preferred). Certified Agile Product Owner (e.g., CSPO or equivalent) with hands-on experience in Agile delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management skills; proactive and highly customer-oriented, with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business outcomes.
Strong experience in developing and managing Enterprise Integration Builders (EIBs). Proven experience with data migration projects and system implementations. Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices. Proficiency in data analysis, mapping, and transformation techniques. Experience with Workday HCM systems and people data structures. Advanced Excel skills, experience with data analysis tools preferred.
Demonstrated experience in EIB development and optimization. Experience supporting M&A integration activities and data consolidation. Demonstrated ability to harmonize data across multiple systems and sources. Track record of successful data migration and implementation projects. Experience in creating and delivering training and knowledge transfer programs.
Strong understanding of EIB architecture and best practices. Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand complex data relationships and identify harmonization requirements. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Collaboration: Strong team player who can work effectively across regional and functional boundaries. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data validation and quality assurance. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Deep understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Masters in Life Sciences/Healthcare, Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology.
Languages: Verbal and written fluency in English
