What you will be doing

To provide an effective and efficient service to HR colleagues and the business in HR systems and production of management information to aid organization design activities, HR information provision and HR service delivery. To consider progressive initiatives where appropriate in Sanofi India.

Main responsibilities

EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE

• Manage end to end ELC letters for all the necessary actions in Workday.

• Ensure SLA – TAT & Accuracy are maintained for all the ELC letters.

• Supervises the input of data and ensures data integrity.

• Support in submission of regular statistical reports on HR information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

• Manage internal controls & audit on Employee related data.

• Provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to employees and managers.

• Oversee the complete Employee Life Cycle Management from hire to retire for all India.

• Support on HR Systems (Workday) for business and HR processes

Leave Management

• Responsible for leave administration activities for India

• Manage end to end leave processes through Workday for India. (Including leave encashment).

• Support on audit queries related to leave administration processes.

• Submission of actuary leave data on annual basis / as an when required.

• Calculation and submission of Leave Encashment data.

 • Responsible for yearly carry forward leave activities.

• Act as an absence partner for all India on approval of leaves on Workday (LOA).

• Regularly check and ensure that leave configurations are up to date.

• Support in Leave related testing activities on Workday.

• Work with external vendors on Workday leave & CRM leave validations.

Team Management

• Oversees and manages the work of the MDM & ELC team and encourages their ongoing development.

• Defines and monitors the teams Objectives and progress.

HR MDM

• Manage end to end MDM operations and improve our existing HR Services systems (Workday),

To implement new functionalities and business processes,

 Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of people management, o Strong management by providing transparent data to people managers and employees

• Analyze and scrutinize HR system policies and processes to examine areas of improvement, and work towards making them more efficient.

• Support the Head of HR Services on the delivery of HR system strategy to include process and quality management.

• Contribute to discussions on future systems strategy, evaluate existing systems/other products as necessary and make recommendations.

• Oversee and manage all HR Services MDM Global projects (e.g. selecting, testing and implementing software and system upgrades).

• Carry out system administration activities – e.g. system maintenance, system testing, system/data checks fault-finding and resolution, managing user access.

• Lead and support all Change Management activities around Workday for India.

• Support others using systems – e.g. designing and delivering training, and producing user guides. • Assess HR operational needs and suggest changes to existing policies and procedures in order to ensure efficiencies and seamless delivery of services to all employees. Assists in the development of the HR Services strategic plan for all operational activity.

• Responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive data. This covers data such as absence, turnover, grades, and job evaluation/salary/bonus figures. Ensure provisions of the Data Protection Act are followed.

• Configuring data and creating, maintaining and updating report specifications / templates.

• Provide Tier II support for all India

• Conduct regular data checks on Workday to ensure that data is maintained accurately and on time.

• Responsible for preparing, entering and monitoring team’s budget.

About you

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Must have strong proficiency in the functional use of key business applications including HRIS (Workday)

• Ability to interpret and incorporate Sanofi HR policies and procedures into practice.

• Leadership abilities

• Ability to translate HR operational needs and requirement to others.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with persons within and outside the organization.

Qualification -

▪ PG qualification in Human Resources

▪ 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in similar position.

▪ Workday experience of at least 4 to 5 years.
