Main responsibilities:

• Process and monitor Source-to-Pay activities including purchasing (PR/PO), vendor master data management, accounts payable (invoice booking, payments, reconciliation, closing tasks), and travel & expenses in accordance with Sanofi policies and Ukrainian regulations

• Maintain vendor master data in SAP system, including creating new vendors, updating vendor information, and confirming banking details

• Manage employee expense accounting – verify primary documentation accuracy, process in accounting and tax systems, and monitor timely settlements

• Record procurement transactions for goods and services based on primary documentation in both accounting and tax systems

• Process civil contract settlements and payments with suppliers

• Manage prepaid expenses accounting and future period costs

• Support adherence to the S2P core model, ensuring Ukraine operations align with global S2P standards and are integrated into the end-to-end delivery framework

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business to drive simplification and standardization in S2P processes

• Support S2P project execution to ensure proper implementation of new tools and processes

• Ensure compliance and internal control standards are met per SOPs; collaborate with auditors and provide required documentation

• Prepare payment proposals in SAP, verifying alignment with contractual payment terms and internal company policies

• Conduct regular reconciliations with suppliers and monitor accounts payable
  

About you

• Education: Higher education in Accounting, Economics, or Finance

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting; experience in cost accounting is an advantage; knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation; familiarity with international accounting and reporting standards (IFRS)

• Technical skills: Practical hands-on experience working in SAP (required); advanced user of MS Office, particularly MS Excel

• Languages: Intermediate English proficiency (required), Ukrainian fluent

• Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to work collaboratively across teams, problem-solving orientation, and commitment to compliance and quality
