SK ANZ Finance Business Partner, Rare & EP Portfolio

About the job

Key contact point, supports MCO Rare & MCO EP Non Promoted/Partner financial review with business (quarterly), financial performance, provide monthly comments, data analysis and leveraging the Hub for reporting of sales and P&L(ANZ, SK and MCO).

Support the MCO EP/Rare FBP  for IBP outcomes(MBR), defined KPIs, gaps vs target and Risk &Opportunities, validating the consolidated regional figures, drive periodic performance reviews. Responsible to drive the rationalization and standardization of management reporting’s and usage of AI to limit the workload and focus on performance.

Main responsibilities

  • Supports the MCO EP/Rare FBP on budget & forecasts.
  • Lead the reviews with, challenge Business assumptions, identify risks and opportunities and ensure alignment with SK/ANZ ambitions.
  • Identifies proactively financial risks and opportunities, developing corrective actions to close gaps where they are required.
  • Ensures the consistency of macro-economic hypothesis in the planning / budgeting / forecasting processes.
  • Prepares forward looking analyses, focusing not only on past performance, but also foreseeing Risks & Opportunities in coming quarters/years with action plan proposals in order to ensure target achievements.
  • Co-pilots and challenges the business investments and resources allocation through the appropriate use of KPIs, prioritization measures and operational analysis.
  • Supports the  MCO to deliver simplifications and BOI through global and local divestments initiatives.
  • Develops accurate financials for the forecasts, budget, strat plan processes that reflect the business strategy.
  • Coordinates with key internal stakeholders across various discipline and groups.

About You

  • BA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • 5 plus years experience in a business partnering role
  • Deep business acumen and detailed market knowledge
  • Multicultural experience from the international environment
  • Demonstrated inclusive leadership to serve as a leader among peers.
  • Anticipate future trends, “what if scenarios”, deal with complexity and start to develop strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication skills to build commitment, create adherence and interact efficiently with senior leaders and peers in franchise and Hub.
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent team player, able to think and act as One Finance beyond the GBU boundaries, to connect.
  • Very good analytical skills to challenge and detect risks, draw the big picture and propose remediation or improvement actions.
