You will be involved in the following activities

• Work in close collaboration with the MI Operation team and the MedInfo vendor to ensure smooth daily operations with high quality services and excellent customer satisfaction in line with or above industry standards. Addresses any issues with a sense of urgency.

• Attends operational meetings with MICC vendor regional team.

• Closely monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Contribute to identifying issues in a timely manner and help addressing them together with the vendor as appropriate.

• Work in close collaboration with selected affiliates contacts.

• Contribute to preparedness and response to Health Authority inspections and internal audit for selected countries.

• Contribute in facilitating optimal training of contact center in collaboration with various internal functions such as Pharmacovigilance, Quality and other as appropriate.

• Contribute in developing MICC crisis and contingency plan in close collaboration with GMI team and MICC vendor.

• Ensure Sanofi standards of service are met by all contact centers under the MICC team supervision.

About you

• Master’s degree in Scientific field (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc.)

• Fluent English (level B2+/C1 or higher)

• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Accuracy and organizational skills, passion for working in a multicultural environment, teamwork
