Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing brand plans, driving brand growth and market penetration.

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.

• Drive digital and e-commerce initiatives, leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Contribute to the definition of product budgets, analyzing economic data and proposing budget allocations for individual products.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication plans, media planning, and advertising/promotion strategies.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in the [industry or sector].

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in leading marketing brand plans, innovation initiatives, and digital/e-commerce strategies.

• Proven track record of contributing to the definition of product budgets and analyzing economic data.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
