Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing brand plans, driving brand growth and market penetration.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Drive digital and e-commerce initiatives, leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Contribute to the definition of product budgets, analyzing economic data and proposing budget allocations for individual products.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication plans, media planning, and advertising/promotion strategies.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
About you:
Previous experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in the [industry or sector].
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in leading marketing brand plans, innovation initiatives, and digital/e-commerce strategies.
Proven track record of contributing to the definition of product budgets and analyzing economic data.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
