Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital GBUs Plai Commercial Advanced Analytics & AI PL who will work in collaboration with Plai module owners and relevant cross functions including central data and architecture team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advanced analytics & AI/Gen AI, great leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation through data-driven solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping Plai CommercialAdvanced analytics & AI digital strategy and implementing best practices, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the reliability, scalability– continuously improving & challenging the status quo. In addition, you will be the X-module owner of the product for transversal domains.

Main responsibilities:

As Product Line Owner, you will be a senior leader and act as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product line strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimising business impact. Act as transversal lead on Plai overall providing required support to all relevant teams as well as Digital owner on Plai GTM and other commercial modules.

  • Act as the Plai cross module owner to co-design & implement E2E product vision & delivery for Plai x-modules including

  • Drive quality of delivery, prioritize backlog across modules (Backlog and incident management)

  • MVP sign off / Plai roadmap refreshment.

  • Performance & value realization tracking: KPIs, MVP delivery progress, user adoption & user support measures.

  • Monitor progress with digital/business owners in a simple & focus way.

  • Provide standards & guidance on comm/change mgmt. across Plai modules

  • Share X-module progress to Plai executive sponsors.

  • Co-lead x-module Plai governance

  • Build clear, central and structured governance model providing clarity on module innovation/ investment decisions and use case prioritization.

  • Lead Plai Delivery & Quality Committee and co-lead Plai Digital Technical Committee in collaboration with relevant transversal teams

  • Co-Lead x-module Plaimodule product management & operating model including

  • Responsible for best-in class tomodule product mng & operating model with standards

  • Accountable to design a frame and a process for a centralized & standard approach for Plai MVP delivery & quality/change management/value realization

  • Build centralized Plai roadmap/ MVP signoff & delivery tracking.

  • Ensures consistent communication on Plai modules incl. roadmap/backlog/ what is new, what is coming next, what is improved in existing, business routines etc.

  • Build centralized change management strategy, performance management and value realization process in place (monitoring KPIs/adoption/impact assessment)

  • Orchestrate iteration of the existing features and to bring more value to end users via structured approach based on end user feedback and action planning

  • Act as the product owner of GTM module leadingPlaiGTM Design / build rollout and operate 

  • Closely collaborate with GTMC to ensure adoption & impact Plai GTM module to ensure value realization

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in GBU, GTMC & Digital to understand user needs, gather requirements, drive technology strategy, and deliver tailored AI solutions. 

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs, adhering to industry standards and best practices. 

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory guidelines and requirements related to reporting in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring adherence and compliance in all reporting activities. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, tool enhancements, and innovation in reporting practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Act as the product owner for additionalcommercial modules confirmed byExCom, leadingmoduledesign / build rollout and operate

  • You will foster partnerships and close collaboration between cross-functional teams (GBU Brand teams, Digital, GTMC, market teams) and drive structured ways of working between teams to provide maximum value and efficiency to business teams. 

  • You will work closely and constructively with other development teams e.g., Acceleratorwhether inside or outside the company. 

  • You will empower your teams to set up lean but effective teams and efficient local governance.

Job Skills & Competencies 

  • 10+ years of professional experience on advanced analytics and AI areawith a min 5 years people management & leadership experience in diverse markets 

  • Min 10 year experience in product management or building complex digital solutionspreferably with experience in data and AI systems/platforms

  • Extensive hands-on experience in ML/AI/ GenAIis a big plus

  • Experience working with a variety of cross-functional teams

  • Committed lifelong learner with a deep passion for cognitive science and AI/GenAI

  • Solid industry background and understanding & process a strong business acumen (proven leadership experience digital roles with a focus on commercial) 

  • Proven record of creating and implementing successful advanced analytics & AI digital commercial strategies

  • Seasoned leader with outstanding communication and presentation skills. 

  • Very strongproject management and execution skills

  • Ability to cultivate effective relationships, and to influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels. 

  • Attention to detail & technical intuition

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for executive level communication and collaboration 

  • Fluent in English (Other languages a plus) 

Technical skills: 

Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integrationextensive hands-on experience in ML/AI/ GenAIis a big plus

Soft skills:

Education:  

  • Advanced Analytics/Scientific, Business or Engineering Degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is required, MBA is a big plus
