We are building Digital R&D products developing outstanding capabilities that will participate in new drug discovery together with scientists, in trial efficiency and cycle time reduction, leveraging Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

We're developing a new digital solution from the ground up to enhance our enterprise strategy process. This product will integrate AI capabilities to support decision-making across the portfolio, enabling top management to build and evaluate multiple scenarios efficiently. The platform will provide data-driven recommendations, assist in scenario development, and help assess real-time impacts as events unfold.

As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee a high-performing team delivering cutting-edge solutions. Define product strategies and champion a culture of innovation
• Ensure feature prioritization, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies
• Spearhead portfolio Governance with senior Business and Digital leadership
• Lead Pod staffing/budget to secure value delivery and key outputs
• Drive standardization of processes, tools, and technologies across the Accelerator teams
• Promote skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth

About you

You’ll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company. As well as experience of:

• Defining an executing product strategies and roadmaps which deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives
• Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design, and Integration
• Making commercially and strategically sound decisions
• Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision

You’ll also need the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Track-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
