About the job

Reporting solid line to the Head of Regional Treasury team - Europe, the Process Lead Cash Management, Cash Flow & Working Capital will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to the Cash Management, Free Cash Flows (FCF) and the Working Capital (WC) across the geographical areas within the RTT with the objective to harmonize the process and ensure the reliability and the accuracy of the outcomes. He/She will also be responsible for some operational tasks within one of the geographical areas.

Main responsibilities:

Transversal organization and supervision of Cash Management

• Coordination of the process within the RTT in line with the process and the objectives given by Corporate Treasury
• In relation with the SETC, maintenance of the systems and the reports to ensure harmonization of the process across the RTT
• Implementation and supervision of the cash centralization structures
• Optimization of banking structures: Rationalization of accounts and services
• Consolidation of the banking fees of the RTT

Transversal organization and supervision of FCF and WC

• Coordination of the process within the RTT in line with the process and the objectives given by Corporate Treasury
• Consolidation and publication of the annual budget and updated monthly forecasts for the RTT's Free Cash-Flows and working capital indicators
• Consolidation and analysis of the monthly actuals for all L/E managed in the RTT. Preparation of extensive cash reviews (FCF + working capital indicators) for the management
• Checks forecast accuracy and take actions to raise cash awareness within the financial community
• Works in close coordination with the Global Business Units to optimize cash flow
• Supports the deployment of IT solutions covering the reporting needs of the International Treasury
• Main contact within the RTT for the Cash-Pulse project and for working capital optimization initiatives

• S4 / SAP, FxNet (Hedging), TREMA (Cash flow reporting) and Office (Excel, Power point)

About you

Experience:

• A significant experience in terms of Cash Management in an international environment is needed (+4/5 years)
• Other experiences in finance roles within an international environment is a plus

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to build strong working relationships with partners internally and also externally with banks
• Verbal, and written communication skills
• Team player, proactive and solution oriented
• Preferred: knowledge of cash management and treasury systems and/or accounting and/or financial analysis
• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, S/4HANA Treasury System is a plus
• Languages: fluent written and spoken English. French and other European languages are a plus
