About the job

Reporting solid line to the Head of Regional Treasury team - Europe, the Process Lead Compliance & Forex will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to Fx Risk management and compliance across the geographical areas within the RTT with the objective to harmonize the process and will ensure the reliability and the accuracy of the outcomes.  He/She will also be responsible for some operational tasks within one of the geographical areas.

Main responsibilities:

Transversal organization and supervision of Compliance

• Definition and maintenance of an effective internal control and SOA framework for treasury operations
• Creation and maintenance of harmonized colleges of signatories across countries
• Definition and supervision the update banking authorities in accordance with the organizational structure and overall quality standards. Communication of the updates to the banks
• Definition and supervision of the quarterly controls on Banking POAs and the year-end circularization with the banks
• Maintenance of Galexy, the application dedicated to the management of banking POAs in Europe. Supervision of the requests in BAM and the accesses to banking portals
• In relation with the Head of RTT, develops and manages the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Entry point of the RTT for external and internal auditors

Transversal organization and supervision of Forex

• Ensure local policies are compliant with the FX policy of countries
• Point of contact for external stakeholders (dealing room, other neighboring functions, auditors…) for FX topics
• Coordination with the Middle Office for centralized management of exposures (commercial and ad-hoc)
• In connection with the teams in charge of Treasury Systems and the Middle Office, implementation of standardized reports to track exposures and hedging in a harmonized manner
• Consolidated analysis of the quarterly operational and financial foreign exchange gains and losses for all L/E part of the RTT.

Treasury operations within a geographical area

• Daily operational treasury management
• Cash flow and working capital optimization
• Management of foreign currency exposure
• Compliance and internal control
• Projects

About you

Experience:

• A significant experience in terms of Treasury and/or Internal Control in an international environment is needed (+4/5 years)
• Other experiences in finance roles within an international environment is a plus

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to build strong working relationships with partners internally and also externally with banks
• Verbal, and written communication skills
• Team player, proactive and solution oriented
• Preferred: knowledge of cash management and treasury systems and/or accounting and/or financial analysis
• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, S/4HANA Treasury System is a plus
• Languages: fluent written and spoken English. French and other European languages are a plus
