iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Marketing Coordinator VIE in our Marketing team you will support day-to-day marketing core activities such as development and adaptation of promotional materials.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop strong understanding of customer experience journeys to create and/or deliver experience strategies in an Omnichannel environment.
• Advance on Go-to-Market models (face-to-face, peer-to-peer and 100% digital) for a strong customer engagement (propose, develop, and deliver solutions).
• Support day-to-day marketing core activities such as development and adaptation of promotional materials, thing digital, financial, and budget controlling, analyzing return over investment (tangible and intangible), among others.
• Lead and conduct internal and external events, being responsible for organizing booths, symposia, sponsorships, negotiations with 3rd parties, materials for distribution, meeting confirmations, events agency etc.
• Strong execution drive regarding planned marketing activities, keeping a strategic thinking to prioritize and re-prioritize tactics and timings.
• Competitive market understanding: keeping track of competitors moves, identifying opportunities/proposing tactics for brand differentiation to obtain better market results and gain market share.
• Support internal processes, deal with E-buy, SAP, Veeva, Promomats, SharePoint and other software and systems.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on marketing and/or sales.
• Experience in project/product management will be an asset.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration / Business / Marketing or a related field.
  

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Portuguese would be a plus.
