As Business Insights and Analytics Intern, Our primary objective would be the creation of best-in-class tools to provide data-driven insights and translation of those insights into action. You will be a key partner with the operations, business and digital teams.

Main responsibilities:

Business Intelligence

• Gather the needs from the business and work closely with Digital for the data warehouse and data modelling design.

• Build the Power BI reports.

• Implement clear governance processes and access security in place.

• Automate the reports and help with debugging if required.

Data Management

• Work with Global Digital and MDM teams to ensure data quality and integrity in Data Warehouses.

• Support with the re-design (or completely new creation) of MDM platforms aligned with GTMC’s vision to minimize local siloed efforts and optimize towards OneSanofi capability building.

• Oversee the updating and correctness of cross functional budget and targets setting for each business cycle in a timeliness manner.

• Handle local BU requests for creation, refurbishment or removal of Master Data, while ensuring to provide sound recommendations to business which adheres to MDM best practices.

• Act as the subject-matter-expert in MDM topics, manage user access (UAM) and cultivate a culture good master data practice.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office: Word, PPT, Excel

Note: Although highly desired, candidates who can only partially meet the requirements for technical skills should still apply if he/she possesses the right “can-do” attitude and can demonstrate self-resourcefulness and ownership in learning.
