Junior Project Manager - VIE Contract

Your job, as Junior Project Manager VIE within our External Manufacturing team will be to support new products launched projects, together with product portfolio management.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects.
• Being a key contact with markets.
• Lead and Support new products launched.
• Lead and Support API/Sourcing specific project.
• Keeping in place project management ways of working for the same.
• Review of the product portfolio and identification of key opportunity.
• Business review & communication with Contract Manufacturing Organizations.
• Monitor External Manufacturing PPM (Product Portfolio Management) fundamentals using +QDCI reporting.
• Support of HSE (Health Safety Environment) activities on CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations).

About you

Experience:

• At least 1 year professional experience in the pharmaceutical company.

Technical and soft skills:

• At ease with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Ability to work independently and cooperate seamlessly with people at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Good listening, planning, and organizational skills, problem-solving attitude.
• Attentive towards details, good team player & a quick learner.

Education:

• Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical / Chemical field or similar.

Languages:

• Fluent in English and Japanese.
