As Quality Operations Process Improvement Associate VIE in our External Manufacturing Quality Assurance Japan team, you will spend your time gaining valuable skills, experience, and insights at our state-of-the-art facilities in Tokyo. Main responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist in managing quality technical agreements, supporting audits and inspections, collecting data for key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Deviation and Change Control Management: Help classify deviations, coordinate urgent quality events, and assist in managing change control actions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, maintain quality documentation, and support training initiatives.
• Collaboration and Risk Management: Work closely with the Senior Quality Manager and other stakeholders, assist in identifying risks, and contribute to quality reviews and business reviews.

About you

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance in the Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is a plus.
  

Soft and Technical skills:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance.
• Familiarity with good quality practice/good manufacturing practice (GQP/GMP) Compliance.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing/laboratory investigations.
• Understanding of change control and deviation management.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Risk Assessment (QRA).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese.
  

Education:

• Master’s degree in Quality Assurance or in a similar field.
  

Languages:

• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Japanese.
