The Digital Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for reimagining and delivering innovative digital solutions that drive process simplification and enhance user experience across our organization. This role will leverage deep product experience to guide the development of various digital initiatives, whether they be full-fledged products, standalone modules, features, or functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and implementation of digital solutions that align with our Global Digital Strategy and drive operational excellence

  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation across the organization, focusing on process simplification and user-centric design

  • Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs

  • Oversee multiple digital initiatives simultaneously, balancing resources, timelines, and priorities effectively

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly solutions

  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and best practices in digital program management

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and outcome-focused delivery

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful program execution

  • Provide thought leadership in digital trends and emerging technologies, recommending strategic applications within the organization

  • Develop and present executive-level reports on program progress, risks, and opportunities

About You

Key Qualifications and Competencies

  • 7+ years of experience in digital program management, with significant exposure to product development and launch

  • Proven experience in digital product development and management, preferably with a background as a product owner

  • Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering and a track record of leveraging AI tools to enhance daily operations and strategic planning

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and fostering professional development among team members

  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product-centric ways of working, with the ability to implement and optimize these practices

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective cross-functional teamwork

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities in the digital landscape

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital initiatives that drive business value

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and user experience enhancement through digital solutions

  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies and tools

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making

  • Experience in change management and driving digital adoption across organizations

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
