En tant que membre du Comité de direction le/la responsable technique contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs du site en gérant les activités et les équipes de maintenance, des utilités, des bâtiments et infrastructures, des services généraux ainsi que les projets techniques dans le respect des standards Sanofi et réglementaires. Il/elle manage environ 40 personnes.
Sanofi fournit chaque année 4,3 milliards de solutions en soins de santé au monde, grâce à la planification sans faille et au souci du détail de nos équipes Manufacturing & Supply. Le site de Sanofi Amilly production produit des principes actifs et aussi des médicaments (environ 60 millions de boites par an) sous différentes formes pharmaceutiques (sachets, pots, flacons, microsphères, stick-packs, gélules, gels, crèmes, pommades). Votre travail, en tant que Responsable du Département Technique au sein de notre Site de production situé à Amilly, sera de piloter et gérer les équipes internes et externes de maintenance, automatisme, métrologie ainsi que les équipes en lien avec les projets d'ingénierie, utilités et infrastructure du site.
Principales responsabilités :
- Définit la politique de maintenance du site et en supervise la mise en œuvre afin de garantir dans le temps la maintenabilité, l’efficience et la fiabilité des équipements du site
- Dans le cadre du plan directeur du site, propose les orientations techniques en matière d’équipements de production et d’infrastructure et y assure le déploiement
- Coordonne l’ensemble des projets techniques depuis les études techniques, établissement des cahiers des charges en passant par les consultations et les alignements techniques jusqu’à la supervision des chantiers et les réceptions
- Propose et garantit le respect des budgets de maintenance ainsi que les investissements (CAPEX et SPE), propose les arbitrages à la direction au besoin
- Propose et contribue à l’amélioration continue au sein de son périmètre ainsi que dans les autres secteurs et est garant du respect des règles HSE et qualité au sein de son périmètre
À propos de vous
- Expérience : Solide expérience Technique en Ingénierie et/ou Industrie pharmaceutique
- Savoir être et savoir-faire : Méthode et rigueur, Capacité managériale direct et transverse, Leadership affirmé, Orienté amélioration de la performance, très bonne culture HSE et qualité, Gestion de projets
- Formation : BAC +5 ou Ingénieur
- Langues : Français / Anglais C1
