Regional Employer Branding Project Lead - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Regional Employer Branding Project Lead within our Talent Function, you’ll be be learning and growing as Project Lead, and will be cooperating transversally with our Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Early Talent experts & leaders, to support bring to life the many projects on our regional Employer Branding Roadmap.

Main responsibilities:

For Regional Employer Branding, you will be responsible for the:

  • Employer Branding activations: external & internal campaign planning, coordination, creation or update of content, communication planning and execution.
  • Organization & management of physical & virtual events.

For our Global iMove (VIE – Volunteer for International Experience & Early Career Talent) program, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Be the lead on employer marketing activities and increase Sanofi’s visibility for VIE assignments (create and manage all external & internal assets and communication).
  • Support recruiting, onboarding & conversion of VIEs (project management).
  • Bring ad-hoc support on various other projects.

About you:

Education & Experience:

  • You have a Communication, Marketing and/or HR background.

Soft & Technical skills:

  • You are passionate about Employer Branding and/or communication topics.
  • You love technology, have good digital skills (PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, social media etc.) and a passion for creating attractive communication assets.
  • You enjoy building relationships and communicating in an international environment.

Languages:

  • Advanced English skills.
  • French knowledge would be an asset.
