Main responsibilities:
- Support & coordinate the initiatives and projects within Controlling Enablement team. Monitor the status and Progression of the transversal projects, in coordination with key project stakeholders (Data Integrity, User Support & Training, Business Enablement, Digital teams).
- Help with the coordination of monthly performance KPI reviews and dashboarding.
- Support the internal documentation management project.
- Drive and support internal process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
About you
Experience:
Ongoing university studies (active student status)studying a degree inFinance, Economics, IT , Engineering or related subjects
Min. 20-hour availability/week
Soft and technical skills:
Systems: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, ) - mandatory,
Problem solving, analytical skills
Good communicationskills
Attentive to detail and works with precision
Languages: Fluent in English
