About the Role

As a Tax Specialist within the Transfer Pricing team, you will actively contribute to the operationalization of the Group's TP policy. You will work independently on documentation, compliance, and tax position defense matters, while benefiting from the support of a team of experts.

Reporting to the Head of tax, global transfer pricing or Transfer Price Manager, you will provide essential analytical and operational support to the teams. You will actively contribute to the development, documentation, and defense of the Group's transfer pricing policies, while building solid technical expertise in a stimulating international environment.

This role will provide you with hands-on experience on complex and strategic matters: intellectual property policies, R&D flows, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, APAs (Advance Pricing Agreements), and intercompany transactions. You will be exposed to international best practices in transfer pricing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Transfer Pricing Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and finalize transfer pricing documentation reports (Master File, Local Files,…),

• Collect and analyze financial data required for transfer pricing studies,

• Maintain and update intercompany transaction tracking files,

• Conduct and review benchmarking studies,

• Contribute to the drafting and review of intercompany agreements,

• Maintain and organize the TP documentation repository.

IP & R&D Policies

• Manage and update intellectual property tracking schedules (projects, products, devices/platforms),

• Contribute to the documentation of R&D intercompany billing flows,

• Prepare and analyze TP matters related to intellectual property.

General Support to the Transfer Pricing Team

• Address first-level queries from operational teams regarding TP policies,

• Contribute to the training and awareness of local teams on TP issues,

• Prepare documentation for tax audits and coordinate information gathering,

• Actively contribute to the preparation of APA (Advance Pricing Agreement) and MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedure) files,

• Contribute to responses to tax authority requests.

About You

Education:

• Master's degree (Bac+5 / 5-year university degree) in Law, Finance, or Economics,

• Specialization in international taxation or transfer pricing strongly preferred.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in transfer pricing, within a tax advisory firm or a multinational corporation.

Technical Skills:

• Strong interest in international taxation and transfer pricing,

• Knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles (intermediate level),

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills,

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas),

• Ability to advise internal teams on TP matters of moderate complexity.

Languages:

• French: fluent,

• English: fluent.
