JOB PURPOSE:
-Support the third party risk management program including proactively identifying areas for improvement in the management of third parties
-Support various Reporting working, including to Greater China Leadership Team and Global EBI team
-Continuously drive and implement EBI programs in responsible BU/Functions as EBI BP
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-In charge of the multi-dimensional assessment process for HCO/MSAs and coordinate the rest DD process in global platform. Perform periodically data analysis to enable visibility of the third party status within the organization.
-Collaborate with other E&BI colleagues in supporting local and global E&BI strategic priorities and initiatives.
-Coordinate with digital team to operate MSA dashboard and provide potential enhancement.
-Support EBI TPRM head in various kind of reporting
-Independetly work as a BP for BU/Function with the necessary support from TPRM head
-Proactively coordinate, work with business operation team in relevant EBI projects.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in legal, finance, medicine, science or related disciplines.
2. Broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance related laws, regulations and requirements.
3. Highly motivated and ambitious.
4. Able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
5. Analytical and proactive in resolving issues/problems.
6. Good EQ with the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
7. Proficient in verbal and written English.
8. Minimum 5 years experience working in a large corporate environment is preferred.
9. Experience in Big 4 auditing firm or legal educational background are advantages.
