Grâce à l’application d’un système de production LEAN, le site démontre une grande performance dans la fabrication de médicaments à destination du grand public.

A PROPOS DU POSTE
L’équipe
Au sein du département fabrication et sous la responsabilité du responsable support fabrication le titulaire du poste assure l’ensemble des opérations liées à la gestion des flux des différents contenants et contribue à la réalisation des objectifs en termes de sécurité, qualité, coût, délais.
Principales missions
Dans le cadre des bonnes pratiques de fabrication et des règles HSE :
Préparer l’activité à venir selon le planning de production
Gérer les flux des conteneurs entrants et sortant des salles de lavage
Transférer les châssis entre la compression, le pelliculage et la livraison
Piloter la réception, palettisation et cheminement des consommables
Assurer l’évacuation des déchets liquides ou solides provenant des EAP
Être en support du personnel des laveries et de la livraison
Remonter les écarts HSE lié à la co-activité
Remonter tous les écarts sécurités
A PROPOS DE VOUS
Expérience/Formation
Bac ou équivalent avec connaissance des produits et des équipements de l’ UAP
Compétences humaines et relationnelles

Disposer des CACES nécessaire
Connaissance des BPF & BPD
Connaissance des différents flux (matières et matériel) de l’atelier
