As an Account Manager - Portfolio Sales within our Specialty Care team, you'll drive the successful launch and growth of Dupixent and other innovative treatments by building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and ensuring patients have access to breakthrough therapies. Main responsibilities

  • Identify and map key accounts and patient journeys, educating stakeholders on disease awareness and treatment impact to prepare for successful Dupixent launches.
  • Drive sales promotion of Dupixent to target healthcare professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while ensuring product availability across accounts.
  • Position Dupixent as a leading treatment option by building and maintaining strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and clinical pharmacists.
  • Provide quality scientific information about Dupixent to healthcare professionals in compliance with professional ethics and company guidelines.
  • Gather market intelligence and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities for Dupixent and develop timely action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing tactics and drive Dupixent penetration across your territory.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and activity reports to ensure full visibility of Dupixent performance progress and market trends.

About you

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in specialty care or hospital-based products, with experience in biologic products like Dupixent preferred
  • Soft and technical skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
