Ihre Aufgabe als Quality Assistent*in Release in unserem M&S DiBu Release besteht in Sicherstellung, dass die aktuellen Q-Prozesse vollständig berücksichtigt werden und Verifizierung, dass alle Q-relevanten Daten systemseitig umgesetzt werden. Sie werden in das globale iShift Projektteam eingebunden.
Hauptaufgaben:
Sicherstellung, dass die aktuellen Q-Prozess vollständig berücksichtigt werden
Verifizierung, dass alle Q-relevanten Daten systemseitig umgesetzt werden
Verifizierung, des Transfers der Masterdaten Durchführung und Dokumentation der systemseitigen Tests
Etablierung eines Alternativprozesses zu Q-Modul P08 (ggf. Prüfung der Aufnahme der Dokumentation von Versionsnummern der Packmittel für Domestik Markt externer Hersteller in iShift (Umsetzung der Terminierungen / Packmittelsperrtermine)
Etablierung eines Prozesses zur Bearbeitung von Retouren in iShift
Sicherstellung der TOR Erfassung
Erstellung und Aktualisierung aller relevanten SOPs Schulung der Mitarbeiter
Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Unternehmensdirektiven im eigenen Bereich
Umsetzung und Überwachung der Einhaltung der HSE Regelungen im eigenen Bereich.
Erstellen von Vorschlägen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualität, Arbeitsschutz, Anlagensicherheit, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz im eigenen Bereich.
Über Sie
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Ausbildung im Bereich der Pharmazeutischen Industrie, Arzneimittelfertigung und/oder Quality
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im GMP-/GDP Umfeld
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten
Selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches und teamorientiertes Arbeiten mit hoher Flexibilität
Hohe Belastbarkeit trotz Termindruck
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
Zuverlässigkeit
Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP – QM Modul / PLE)
Sprachen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
