Responsabilidades principales:
- Identificar, establecer y mantener relaciones científicas de alto nivel con los grupos de interés (KSH/HCP/KOL) del área terapéutica y área geográfica asignada. Establecer una red de contactos médicos y científicos en el área geográfica asignada para la línea terapéutica a cargo.
- Servir como enlace primario para el intercambio de información clínica y científica con los proveedores de cuidado de la salud en área terapéutica y área geográfica o instituciones asignadas. Servir de enlace primario para la conexión de las instituciones clave y sus KOLs con las iniciativas de asuntos médicos apropiados que promuevan el progreso científico de nuestras marcas.
- Apoyar el mapeo de KOL y la identificación de líderes emergentes. El MSL debe asegurar la implementación del plan de acción de KOLs realizada por el equipo médico – marketing.
- Obtener, asimilar, organizar y reportar la información de inteligencia competitiva y científica de una manera concisa y clara, en cumplimiento con todas las políticas aplicables de Sanofi Genzyme. Comunicar de manera oportuna la información recolectada en el campo con respecto a las tendencias clínicas/científicas a los KSH internos.
- Contribuir al conocimiento, el desarrollo y la comprensión del perfil científico de los productos a cargo en los temas clínicos en el área terapéutica asignada.
- Proporcionar apoyo médico y apoyo a la formación del personal interno cuando se requiera.
- Colaborar con el equipo médico y de estudios clínicos en la evaluación de las necesidades de educación /investigación de la comunidad y desarrollar estrategias de formación / investigación para satisfacer esas necesidades. Apoyar la estrategia de Educación médica continuada y dando entrenamiento adecuado a grupos médicos o científicos de interés cuando así se requiera.
