About Sanofi
At Sanofi, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. As a global healthcare leader, we are committed to transforming the practice of medicine by pursuing breakthrough science, delivering innovative treatments, and ensuring our operations are built on a foundation of excellence. Our people are at the heart of everything we do — and the data that supports them is critical to our mission.
About the job
Are you a builder? Do you thrive in environments where you can create something from nothing and leave a lasting impact? We are looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on professional to join our newly established Data Governance and Master Data Management (DG & MDM) organization at a truly pivotal moment.
This is a rare opportunity to be the architect of how an entire organization delivers services, manages demand, and coordinates complex global initiatives. With no existing infrastructure in place — no service catalogue, no established processes, no demand management framework — you will design, build, and embed the operational backbone that enables the DG & MDM team to deliver excellence across Sanofi globally.
With 80% of the team's work involving complex global projects — including system implementations, data migrations, reporting and visualization initiatives, data sharing agreements, and data foundation developments — the coordination, structure, and service delivery capabilities you establish will be foundational to the organization's success.
Why This Role Exists
Sanofi's DG & MDM organization has been established from scratch following a recent reorganization. Due to the nature of the reorg design, existing infrastructure and processes from other teams cannot be adopted. This means everything must be built fresh — and built right.
The organization urgently needs:
• A centralized service catalogue to manage how services are requested, delivered, and measured
• Documented, standardized processes aligned to the global operating model
• Demand management and KPI tracking to provide visibility and control
• Coordination mechanisms to manage multiple complex global projects simultaneously
• SLA frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
This role is critical to enabling the team to operate and support key strategic initiatives across Sanofi.
