Hyderabad, India Regular Posted on Jan. 29, 2026 Closing on Feb. 12, 2026About us:
As a Technical Modernization Lead, you are an Agile Coach / Scrum Master for Manufacturing & Supply Infrastructure Lifecycle. Your role is to orchestrate the coordination and continuous improvement of infrastructure lifecycle operations across multiple (40) industrial sites, critical infrastructure domains—networking, virtualization, backup and storage—by applying agile principles tailored to non-software environments.
While the environment is not strictly agile or organized in sprints, the role focuses on applying agile principles to enhance collaboration, transparency, and efficiency in managing complex infrastructure domains such as networking, virtualization, backup, and storage, for instance.
From an IT infrastructure perspective, you drive lifecycle management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement, fostering transparency and collaboration across global teams.
You are responsible for implementing adaptive workflows (notably Kanban), facilitating decision-making, and promoting user satisfaction through structured feedback loops, automation, and process optimization. Your mandate includes aligning infrastructure initiatives with strategic objectives, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling digital value creation through agile-inspired leadership and stakeholder engagement.
The lifecycle scope represents more than 30,000 equipment across the world.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate cross-functional coordination between infrastructure teams (network, storage, virtualization, etc.) and stakeholders.
Organize and lead regular “drumbeat meetings”, planning sessions, and retrospectives tailored to operational rhythms.
Implement and maintain Kanban-style workflows to visualize tasks, dependencies, and blockers.
Support risk and dependency management across lifecycle phases (design, deployment, upgrade, decommissioning).
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and process reviews.
Act as a problem solver and mediator, helping teams overcome organizational and technical obstacles.
Drive transparency and alignment across local and global teams, ensuring consistent documentation and communication.
Advocate for agile practices adapted to infrastructure operations, without enforcing rigid sprint structures.

Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to adapt them to non-software contexts.
