Job title: Planning & Performance Analyst

About the Job:

Planning & Performance Analyst will support the Head Planning & Performance Management to deliver the following objectives set for the function.

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Drive GBS benchmark exercise with Hackett (and other relevant agencies) to ensure most of the best practices “best-in-class” working on have being embedded in GBS target processes (A2R, Ci2C, S2V) and monitor in coordination with key stakeholders the subsequent roadmap
  • Closely interact with Global Service Line Heads within the Captive to ensure appropriate KPIs are implemented and followed-up
  • Monitor & Report on the Value Delivered by the Captive centres to the overall CHC Opella organization & prepare adequate reporting to the GBS management, Captive Management & Service Line leads & facilitate the identification of improvement areas to drive transformation & efficiency
  • Drive Continuous Improvement projects with the aim to simplify the process and deliver value-add to the team.

The following details activities will be the main activities of the role:

Benchmark

  • Partner with Hackett and/or other vendors to lead the benchmark exercise
  • Facilitate data capture for baselining by interacting with Global and Regions Functions and escalade when need be
  • Drive transversal change management in Global Processes based on benchmarking data

KPI, Analytics & Reporting

  • Partner with Global Service line heads to define reporting templates on agreed KPIS & other additional indicators relevant to identify inefficiency & improve the process
  • Prepare & communicate to appropriate stakeholders on Captive Center efficiency & general E2E process efficiency & cost (TCO = Total Cost of Operation)

Continuous Improvement:

  • Working closely with platform stakeholders to drive (and/or support) various projects with the aim to simplify the process and deliver value-add to the team.
  • Support Service Lines to deliver different initiatives to simplify and improve the End-to-End processes.
  • Support different workshops, initiatives with LEAN team to further improve process efficiency, eliminate wastes and deliver time saving to customers.

Experience:

§2-3 years of business analysis and performance management experience

§Postgraduate/MBA in Finance or Analytics with advance Computer skills

§Analytics experience along with strong business skills relating to problem resolution

§Experience in Business Partnering is a strong plus

§Effective business partnering and customer relations management

§Effective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization

§Strong problem-solving skills. Need to look at requests / problems and recommend solutions to ensure transition is delivered on time & on budget

§Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity

§High capacity and willingness to learn about multiple disciplines

§Fluency in English mandatory / French and other European languages are a plus

Experience of working in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus
